from their families. They were called the Stolen Generation.

3) "In 1931, Molly was 14 years old. She lived with her younger sister Daisy and her little cousin Gracie. That year, the three girls were taken from their community and transported to the Moore River Native Settlement. It was 1.600 kilometres away from their home. At the settlement, the girls decided to escape and began to walk back home. They followed the rabbit-proof fence along the Australian desert."
